EMPLOYMENT AVENUE: IMPETUS TO ENROLMENTS OF CLKS IN DSC

DSC Dte (GS Br) has info DIAV vide their letter No A/01210/DSC-1 dt 08 Jan 24 regarding the existing golden opportunity for the retiring/retired clks from any arm/service to enrol into DSC as a 2nd career option. DSC is currently having a defi of 342 combatant clks which needs to be filled from ex-clks of all arms & services on priority.

Further, there are many GD pers also who are/have been emp for clerical duties in their respective Units/Est. Having assessed & confirmed their capb (as aligned with the QRs for a clk by trade), such potential GD pers may also be recom by the Comdt/Dy Comdt, for remustering as Clk in the DSC (ie the after having re-enrolled as GD & served for atleast 06 months in DSC). Incidentally, promotion avenue amongst the ‘DSC Clks’ cat is much faster.

Aspiring clks looking for a re-emp may consider exploring this avenue & join DSC. Various Regt/Corps may give wide publicity for the available opportunity.
