SPARSH has been successfully implemented by the defence pension department and most of the defence pensioners have been migrated to this new pension system.  This system ensures the correctness and hassle free disbursement and grievance redressal regarding pension matters of defence pensioners with 100% accuracy within a reasonable timeframe. Bank CPPC will be no more responsible for disbursement of pension for the Defence pensioners.  Within a few months all the defence pensioners will be migrated to SPARSH system. At present more than 60% users have already been migrated to this new system.    Unlike previous, Bank will play the roll of only just holding a savings account in which PCDA will credit your pension amount every month.  So, your pension will be credited in the same bank acct but you should report any pension matter directly to the PCDA pension through SPARSH System..

To give an wings to this SPARSH system, the CGDA has launched a dedicated mobile Application on SPARSH which will facilitate you to access the SPARSH portal from your mobile and resolve all the SPARSH related issues in your fingertips.

SPARSH App has been designed with an aim to access the system in an easy method.  Those who have basic knowledge of  handling the Smart phone app operations, can use it effectively.

Features of the SPARSH Mobile app

The SPARSH Mobile App  has two different kind of system to access  one is for registered user and another is for guest users.  If you have already received your user SPARSH ID and Password, you will be capable to login to the SPARSH Portal and use its all tools and utilities.   Pre 2016 Pensioners are now allowed to access all the tools of SPARSH. If you do not have any login ID and Password still you may use it as Guest and can report the incident on occurrence.

On the eve of Gandhi Jayanti, the SPARSH app launched by CGDA on 02 Oct 2022 and it covered 49 organisations, 2268 offices and 17,09,931 Pensioners.  This number has been increased fast every month to migrate all the Defence pensioners into the new system.

Installation of SPARSH Mobile App

SPARSH mobile App can be installed on your  android mobile phone.  Just having basic configurations and active internet connect will serve the purpose. Just Follow these steps SPARSH Mobile App on your Mobile :

(a)   Click on the Link provided below for downloading and installation of SPARSH Mobile App.

(b)   After successful installation open the App. If you have User ID and Password of SPARSH, may touch the Login button and enter the details.

(c)   If you do not have any user ID and Password, may use it /  Continue as Guest user.
