Key Booking and Stay Policies

Occupancy and Check-in/Check-out
- Maximum Occupancy: Only two persons are allowed in a single room. Children below 5 years are excluded from this count.
- Check-in Time: 1400 hrs (2:00 PM)
- Check-out Time: 1100 hrs (11:00 AM)
Advance Payment and Cancellation Rules
- Confirmation: Booking is confirmed only upon payment of 100% advance.
- No Show: No refund will be issued in case of a “No Show”.
- Refund Policy for Cancellation:
- 100% Refund: If the booking is cancelled anytime before one week of the date of booking.
- 80% Refund: If the booking is cancelled from 72 hours (3 days) to one week before the date of booking.
