Many of You Have Already Received PART-2 ORDERS/NAVPEN ORDERS/PORs, but your data is not updated in SPARSH PPO till date.
For Example: You have received Part-II Order for change of Date of Birth or Name or Home Address etc from Record Office. You have already visited ZSB and made entry in your Discharge Book.
But till date, new and correct DOB or Name or Address is NOT showing in your SPARSH PPO.
PLEASE TAKE FOLLOWING STEPS:-
Updating Records Office Related Data in PPO
Step-1: To update any Records Office related data in PPO, (such as DOB, Name, Address etc), please Log On to SPARSH website, go to PROFILE, then MODIFY PROFILE and then lodge a SERVICE REQUEST (SR). Upload Part-2 Order and other relevant documents against any document slot.
Note: You can NOT lodge another SR, till the previous SR is resolved or closed by the SPARSH.
Step-2: Note down the SR No and then Email a request to your Records Office, quoting the SR No.
Updating or Changing Financial Data in PPO
Step-1: To update or change any Financial Related Data in PPO, such as, Non getting correct Rank Pay, or not getting OROP benefits or Not getting DA arrears or, Not getting correct amount of Pension etc, you need to Log On to SPARSH website and Lodge a GRIEVANCE and upload all supporting documents as proof and note down the Grievance Number.
Step-2: If no action is taken even after 2/3 months or Grievance is closed without action, please lodge a complaint in CPGRAM or send RTI.
How to update Common Data in PPO
Step-1: To update common data in PPO, such as Adhaar No, PAN No, Mobile No Email ID etc, please Log On to SPARSH website and DIRECTLY CHANGE or INSERT NEW DATA. Upload scan copies of Adhaar Card or PAN Card as proof or supporting documents, in case existing data is incorrect. For mobile number or Email ID no documents required to be uploaded.
Step-2: If you are NOT able to correct data in SPARSH portal, then you may write to your Records Office through ZSB Barasat.
If you are NOT able to lodge SR or Grievance in SPARSH portal, then please wait for Records Office or SPARSH to pay or update it in SPARSH PPO, as it is actually their job.
If you are not able to do it yourself, then please visit a good cyber cafe or SPARSH help Centres.
If you have not migrated to SPARSH, kindly wait for migration and check data after transfer to SPARSH.
IF YOU GET A MSG FROM SPARSH OR SPARSH HELP CENTRE, TO TAKE UP CASE WITH RECORDS OFFICE, THEN ONLY VISIT ZSB WITH NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO APPLY TO YOUR RECORDS OFFICE.
