Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Package: ₹41,000 – ₹62,000 + Bonus
- Accommodation: Free Single-Person Shared Accommodation
- Food: Available @ ₹3,000 per month
- Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6-day week; flexibility in case of emergency)
Role Summary
Selected candidates will be responsible for Smart Work Supervision across different locations, ensuring smooth workflow, discipline, and operational efficiency in line with industry standards.
✅ Eligibility Criteria (Ex-Defence Only)
- Retired JCOs/NCOs from Army, Navy, or Air Force
- Good leadership, supervision, and adaptability skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic fashion industry environment
